#Reverse-Three-of-Pentacles: There are few things that can be as frustrating and infuriating as group work. Especially when only some or even only one is actually doing the work and all others are merely backseating if even that. Suck environments can strip you of all your energy and motivation even for things unrelated. In this situation it is best to put your foot down if possible, make it abundantly clear that you will be doing this your way if nobody else will step up to help. Of course this isn’t always possible, if a direct superior or boss is in the group all you can do is grit your teeth and get through it. Or alternatively use this as the reason to finally start genuinely looking for some new place of work. Only you know what is best for your self.
