This is not the time to bend to mere popular opinion and what we were told is obvious truth and long held wisdom. Don’t fully disregard them, but do confirm them.
It’s time to change, to actually try and become a better person. All those ideas and plans you have to be more fit, more kind, more etcetera, etcetera. Well the time to do them is now, seek out the ways to do them, double check they are in fact accurate and helpful, then get to it.
